The Small parking adjacent to the cottage can accommodate 3 cars and is equipped with a Tesla Charger (240V, 48AMP) and a regular outlet (120V, 20AMP) on a dedicated circuit. Both can be used to charge your electric vehicle.

The Large parking on the other side of the road can accommodate 6 cars.

Wifi routers covers the whole property and can be access using the 'CariBOOH Guest' network (password is available at the time of rental).

Access to internet is available at speed 25-50 Mb/s for download and 2-6 Mb/s for upload with a latency (ping) of 50-60 ms depending on the load of the mobile network.

A manual pull down projector screen of 100" is available in the living room.

A 4K projector is available to connect your device via HDMI or USB-C.

2 heat pumps enable efficient cooling and heating of the main building.

There is a small electric heater in the bunkie.

Dry wood is available for the indoor wood stove, as well as the outdoor fire pit.

There are 2 docks on the lake shore.

The dock on the far right is great to get in and out of the kayaks and pedal boat and is adjacent to the small beach (sandy depending on water level).

The dock on the far left is best for swimming thanks to the pool ladder and the depth (4 ft at the dock and quickly deepen to 9 ft).

One 2-seat pedal boat is available, as well as 2 kid-size kayak and one adult kayak.

There is a 12 ft LeJump Pumpkin Trampoline, maximum 2 kids at the same time, adult supervision is advised.

A small hunting bow and a set of 12 arrows are available. The archery stand is set up in the forest beyond the large parking.

Archery is a serious business, follow all security rules when using a bow. Adult supervision is mandatory.

There is a table with an ultra-wide curved screen, a mouse, a keyboard and an office chair adjacent to the master bedroom.
